Q: Can I still sign my child on after the sign on dates?
A: YES! Nippers can sign on any Sunday!

Q: What age group would my child be in?
Refer to the Nipper Handbook or Click Here for the age cap colour and age table!

Q: How much is membership?
A: Refer to Nipper Membership for all the details on membership

Q: What do i bring to the first nipper day?

A: Completed forms or a copy of the online payment receipt if signing up online

  • New Nipper – Birth certificate or passport/Photo ID
  • Nipper cap (compulsory); pink rashie (compulsory); swimmers; goggles; towel

Q: What happens if bad weather comes?
In the event of adverse weather conditions, an SMS will be sent to all members advising of changes to the location, date or time of an event. A notice will also be posted in the Nobbys Nippers Members Facebook group.

Q: What activities do the kids do at nippers?
Sprints; Relays; Flags; Wade (shallow water run); Swim; Board, Ironperson

Q: What do my kids learn?
A: Within the nippers program, kids learn about: Personal safety; Beach safety practices; The beach eco environment; Sun Safety; Surf conditions and hazards; lifesaving operations; First Aid; CPR; Communications and Signals
