Nobby’s Beach SLSC offers a training program catering for members who wish to keep fit and healthy whilst also improving their surf lifesaving skills across a range of disciplines. The Club caters for a range of abilities from elite athletes to beginners. All members are encouraged to attend training sessions tailored to specific groups accordingly. The program aims to encourage club unity and has a ‘team focus’ to foster the development of participants both socially and competitively within the club.

The program is progressive throughout the season and builds towards major competition at the end of the season. The overall structure of the program is developed to cater for surf sports competitors in our club from nippers through to masters. Weekly plans generally consist of morning and afternoon sessions at a variety of locations.
